Refund policy

All products purchased from albaas can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase only. if:-

  • The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
  • The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as you had actually purchased.
  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery by writing to albaas.pk@gmail.com or by calling at 0334-8158786, in case you want to raise a dispute. At albaas, we look at each dispute on a case-to-case basis and try to be fair.
  • Replacement will be sent in case a defected/faulty/damaged item. You will be required to email photographic evidence of the defective item at albaas.pk@gmail.com, within 7 days of purchase before any claims could be processed.
  • Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
  •  On replacement of parcel where the customer needs to change the item or size because of no fault of albaas, Rs 3000 will be charged. After receipt of the replaceable article, replacement will be dispatched.  
  • In case of advance payment and required item's non-availability, refund will be made in the given bank account. Whereas, after receipt/delivery of the item by the customer, no refund can be claimed but only the exchanges are entertained. 
  • Furthermore, Items on sale may be exchanged only if the alternative required is available in the stock.
  • There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns & exchanges. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following; Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame. The product is damaged because of use. The product has been tampered.
